About Us
The Department of Networking, Security, and Systems Administration (NSSA) provides an environment where students can develop an in-depth knowledge of computer networking, computer and network security or systems administration. In addition they receive a strong foundation in the supporting disciplines of programming, multimedia, and database systems. The NSSA Labs (netlabs) consist of 5 labs (Networking Lab, Projects Lab, Real Time Data Lab, Security / Forensic Lab and System Administration Lab) that provide the environment for students to re-inforce instructor led lectures and lab exercises. This provides the opportunity for students to practice what they have learned and to learn in a variety of manners to achieve the knowledge required in today's business world.
